  • Opening Night

    Opening Night is our most in demand screening!

    VERY IMPORTANT!

    EVERYONE IS REQUIRED TO RSVP ONLINE TO RESERVE A SEAT EVEN IF YOU HAVE A PASS.

    BUTTON BELOW WILL BE ACTIVE AS OF MARCH 1 2020 for reservations.

    The night begins on the Red Carpet at Maryland Hall for the Creative Arts; our Festival home base. We recommend you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the film to guarantee your spot. 15 minutes before the film begins we will open a  cash only rush line to fill any available seats. Cameras and recording devices are allowed on the Red Carpet, but recording or photos inside the theater is strictly prohibited.

    ALL ACCESS, PREMIUM, FRIEND, STUDENT or GENERAL FESTIVAL passes will be available at:

    Ticket & Pass Central will be located at Maryland Hall 801 Chase Street, Annapolis, MD. between 12:00 – 5:00 on and 12:00 – 7:00 on March 26tth.  After 4:00 on Opening Night, passes will be available at Will Call in Maryland Hall. If you are an ALL ACCESS, INDUSTRY, FILMMAKER or PREMIUM Pass Holder and you are not able to pick up your pass prior to the showing, a list will be available at the door. call the our main festival line to make arrangements.

    If you are LATER THAN 15 minutes prior to the screening, you MUST get in the GENERAL ADMISSION LINE.

    Parking around Maryland Hall is limited. It is recommended that you park at Maryland Hall, the Park Place garage under the Westin, or at The Boys and Girls Club which is the location of the After Party.

    No weapons, sharp implements, or oversized bags will be permitted in the screening. Our security team may request to inspect your belongings.

  • Tips and Tricks

    Plan ahead to make sure you have enough time to travel between venues. Most venues are within walking-distance, and two complimentary Annapolis Circulators will travel between all five screening locations. The Circulators will be available from 9:00 am – 12:00 am on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

    Please arrive at least 20 minutes before each screening begins. Lines will be divided into general pass and ticket holders and Priority Line & Priority Seating.  Those using priority seating and priority line must arrive 15 minutes early or they will have to join the general pass holders to be seated. Seating for ALL ACCESS pass holders is reserved, for all others it is General Admission and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

    Space permitting, day-of RUSH LINE tickets may be purchased at each venue for all screenings. Festival Passes, Student Passes, and Day Passes can only be purchased at Ticket & Pass Central (801 Chase Street – inside Maryland Hall). We are only able to accept cash and credit cards during the Festival.

    COFFEE TALKS WITH… On Friday, Saturday and Sunday Coffee Talks With…will be held at the Chesapeake Brewing Company at 174 West Street next to Hotel Annapolis from 9-10 am and priority is given to ALL ACCESS PASS HOLDERS. However, if seats are available they are $20 cash at the door.

    Saturday BASH is available to ALL ACCESS, PREMIUM, INDUSTRY, FILMMAKER and FRIEND pass holders only.

    We cannot reissue passes, so please do not lose your pass. Wear comfortable shoes! Engage with filmmakers and enjoy the experience!
