Shauna is a Growth Manager at Chief, a private membership startup for executive level women aimed at changing the face of leadership. She has over a decade of professional experience with a proven track record of growing customer engagement and leading growth efforts for VC-backed startups and large tech companies alike.

Prior to joining Chief, Shauna worked at IBM as a client solutions executive, driving digital transformations for large travel and retail clients. Prior to that, she drove international partnerships for a silicon-valley based accelerator and led expansion and engagement efforts for a Series-A food delivery startup. Shauna completed her MBA internship at Amazon where she led a marketing project aimed at increasing Prime Video streams in international markets.

Shauna holds her MBA from the University of North Carolina, Kenan-Flagler Business School and her B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis. She resides in Annapolis with her husband.
