Coffee Talks With…will be held at Rams Head on Stage with Coffee provided by Baltimore Coffee & Tea Company. Priority is given to All Access Pass Holders, however, if seats are available they are $20 at the door.

Hosting a film festival in Annapolis affords our guests the luxury of walkability! There are two complimentary Purple Buses that travel throughout Annapolis from 9:00 am – 12:00 am on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Did you take advantage of our ticket package option? Ticket packages are only available for REGULAR PRICED ($15) screenings and panels. This means that they exclude coffee talks, opening night, and best of fest. Here is a step-by-step guide on how to redeem your ticket package.
Tickets & Pass Central will be located in Room #205 at Maryland Hall 801 Chase Street, Annapolis, Maryland. Please note that online ticket sales close at midnight the night before the next day's screening. Tickets and Passes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Pre-printed tickets and mobile tickets must be presented at the door for scanning. This can be done from your phone.
Ticket/Pass sales are credit card only; no cash. Space permitting, day-of tickets may also be purchased at each venue before the screening of your choice. Plan to arrive early for day-of ticket purchases. To purchase tickets for multiple screenings over the weekend, please do so online or visit Ticket & Pass Central at Maryland Hall. Ticket will call will be available at all venues.

Opening night is our most in demand screening! Ticket sales are limited so please purchase early. All pass holders will receive an RSVP email from our box office to secure their spot. If you do not receive an email or have not RSVP'd by March 13th, please contact the Box Office and Customer Support Manager directly about seating availability: boxoffice@annapolisfilmfestival.com. Please note that this RSVP request only applies to Opening Night. You do not need to RSVP for additional films, panels, or programs. (All seating is General Admission. All Access passholders will be allowed entry first to choose their seat. This RSVP does not entitle you to a “reserved seat” inside of the auditorium. The RSVP system is AFF’S internal tracking to ensure that all pass holders have the opportunity to utilize their pass benefit of attending the Opening Night film. Seating will be general admission once inside the auditorium. If you do not RSVP, there is no guarantee that you will be entitled to a seat at the event.)
For Opening Night, doors will open 45 minutes prior to scheduled program start time for priority pass-holder seating. 30 minutes prior to scheduled programmed start time, festival passholders will be invited to sit. Once all on-time, in-line, general pass holders have been seated, we will open the auditorium to general ticket holders. 15 minutes prior to scheduled program start time, we will open up day-of, credit card only, rush ticket sales for purchase, space permitting. Each year, some people gain entry from the RUSH line if passholders do not show up on time. Your RSVP for Opening Night is not guaranteed if you arrive post the 15-minute scheduled program start time.
RED CARPET - The night begins on the Red Carpet at 6-6:45 PM outside in front of Maryland Hall; our Festival’s Premier Venue. Anyone with a pass or ticket can see the filmmakers and celebs walk the carpet on the way to the theater. Please remember that even with an RSVP, you must follow the 30-minute rule for seating. Cameras and recording devices are allowed on the Red Carpet, however their use is not permitted inside the theater.
IMPORTANT - If you are later than 15 minutes prior to the screening, you must get in the general admission line.
AFTER PARTY - Following the Opening Night screening we invite all ticket and pass holders to join us to dance, and toast the night away with signature cocktails, food and desserts at the After Party at an undisclosed location TBA!
STANDBY AND RUSH LINES - if a screening is on "stand-by" (advance ticket sales have ended), a Rush Line will form at the venue. Day-of tickets will be available for purchase 10 minutes before show time as seating becomes available.
Plan to make sure you have enough time to travel between venues. Most venues are within walking-distance, and the Purple City buses will travel between all five screening locations. IF you show your pass or ticket, it is free. The purple buses will be available from 9:00 am – 12:00 am on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Please arrive at least 20 minutes before each screening begins. Lines will be divided into festival passes and pre-paid ticket holders in one line, and All Access & Premium (GOLD & SILVER) passes in the other. Those using priority seating and priority line must arrive 15 minutes early or they will have to join the general line to be seated. Seating for All Access pass holders is reserved in sections, for all others it is general admission and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
BLUE FESTIVAL PASS --- gets Access Priority for sold out shows (given you arrive 20 min prior to showtime) if a show is sold out, Festival Passholders will get in prior to ticket holders which may receive a refund.SILVER --- PREMIUM gets Priority Line (given you arrive 20 min prior to showtime)
Please allow adequate time when traveling between different venues or commuting through the Annapolis area. We recommend all attendees arrive at least 20 minutes before each screening begins to ensure adequate seating. Pass holders should join the appropriate line for priority admission.
Please practice good festival etiquette out of respect for our venues and filmmakers. Kindly silence or turn off all cell phones while in the theater or within hearing range during an event. No photography or video permitted at any time, and food or drink is not permitted in the theaters.
Space permitting, Day-of Rush Line tickets are credit card only and may be purchased at each venue and provide a last minute chance to attend any screening. Festival Passes ($195), Student Passes ($100), and Shorts Passes ($100) can only be purchased at Ticket and Pass Central in Room 205 “The Community Room” at 801 Chase Street – inside Maryland Hall.

If your pass is damaged or lost, you must come to Ticket & Pass Central to receive a replacement. Bring your ID and proof of purchase receipt to have another pass printed. Wear comfortable shoes! Engage with filmmakers and enjoy the experience!
Although masks are not required, we ask that all attendees understand it is their responsibility to take any pre-existing health conditions into consideration. By purchasing a ticket or pass, you are attesting that you are healthy enough to attend, and understand you attend at your own risk.
