Once upon a time in the dark forests of rural Germany, there lived a string of prostitutes who rented out old VW-buses with flashy lights on the side of country roads and lay in wait for their clients to pass by. These women came from far-away places like Africa and Eastern Europe to pursue their dreams and wishes for money and a better life. When one of them ends up murdered, the spell is broken and they must confront their stark reality.
